The Company

Fill My Flat was formed in October 2009.  We looked to create an online service which allowed anyone, to post a property for sale or rent. Whether you are one person posting one property, or an Estate Agent posting 100’s, we wanted to create a service that was easy to use and well advertised.

How it Works

When you register with us and your listing is approved, it will be available to view by anyone who visits the site.  Your contact details are on the listing to allow any interested parties to contact you quickly and easily.

In the admin section, you can manage all of your property listings from one page.  If you have let one of your properties listed on the site, you can simply move the listing to the inactive list.  If that property comes back on the rental market, you can simply reactivate the listing – with a couple of clicks!

If you have a large property letting portfolio, it can be difficult managing what enquiries you have received for what properties. From the admin section, you are able to manage all of the enquiries you have received for all of your listings and look back at them at any time – easy!

 

So what does all this cost?

The service is FREE to all users, whether you are posting 1 property for rental or 100's - no problem!
